Special prayer request for miraculous healing of a baby through the intercession of Fr. Tolton!
My pastor texted me this past weekend and told me about a child that was born but there were birth complications. His name is Julian. They had to do CPR on the child for 20 minutes, and as a result Julian suffered brain damage from lack of oxygen. Father told me that the mother is praying to Ven. Fr. Augustus Tolton for a miracle healing of Baby Julian. This is all the information I have at the time. I do not know the extent of the brain damage, it must be really bad. I have been praying to Tolton using the official prayer from his cause during this week, and I promised my pastor that I would pass it on throughout my apostolate.
So I ask you all to pray for Baby Julian and for his miraculous healing of the brain damage caused by lack of oxygen due to birth complications through the special intercession of Ven. Fr. Tolton in union with the mother’s prayer using the official prayer to Tolton from his cause I will provide below. In this may we gain God’s grace for Julian so he may have healing from his affliction and from pain and his mother to be the best and loving mom she can be! This also could be a miracle that could be used to help move Fr. Tolton up to being a Blessed. I will keep you all updated as I receive any news. Thank you. The prayer is below:
“O God, we give you thanks for your servant and priest, Father Augustus Tolton, who labored among us in times of contradiction, times that were both beautiful and paradoxical. His ministry helped lay the foundation for a truly Catholic gathering in faith in our time. We stand in the shadow of his ministry. May his life continue to inspire us and imbue us with that confidence and hope that will forge a new evangelization for the Church we love.
Father in Heaven, Father Tolton’s suffering service sheds light upon our sorrows; we see them through the prism of your Son’s passion and death. If it be your Will, O God, glorify your servant, Father Tolton, by granting the favor I now request through his intercession (for Baby Julian and for the miraculous healing of the brain damage caused by lack of oxygen due to birth complications) so that all may know the goodness of this priest whose memory looms large in the Church he loved.
Complete what you have begun in us that we might work for the fulfillment of your kingdom. Not to us the glory, but glory to you O God, through Jesus Christ, your Son and our Lord; Father, Son and Holy Spirit, you are our God, living and reigning forever and ever.
